Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by RELIANTAI GROUP ("we", "us", "our"), a web design agency, accessible at reliantaigroup.com. By engaging our services or making a payment, you ("client", "you") agree to these Terms.

1. Use of This Website

• You must be at least 18 years old to engage our services or make a purchase.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account or communication credentials shared with us.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information during onboarding and checkout.
• You may not use our website or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. Services & Pricing

RELIANTAI GROUP provides website redesign services delivered on a fixed-price, fixed-timeline basis. Current packages are:

• Starter — $500, up to 4 pages
• Professional — $900, up to 10 pages
• Premium — $1,500, up to 20 pages

Standard delivery timeline is 7 business days from project start, subject to timely client feedback and content provision. Delays caused by late client input may extend delivery. Prices are subject to change without notice; any active project is honored at the price agreed at the time of payment.

3. Project Start

A project is considered "started" once payment is received and confirmed, and we begin work (including design mockups, content gathering, or development). Work does not begin before payment is confirmed.

4. Orders & Payments

By making a payment, you are confirming your order for the selected package. Full payment is due prior to project start. We accept payment via bank wire transfer and other methods listed at checkout. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as agreed at the time of purchase. Revisions must relate to work within the agreed project scope. Requests that expand scope (additional pages, new features, or major redesign direction changes) may be treated as a new project or billed separately.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide necessary content (text, images, logos, brand assets) and timely feedback. Delays in providing these may extend the delivery timeline without penalty to us.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: once a project has started, payments are non-refundable, though included revisions remain available to ensure you receive a completed deliverable.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered website design and code is transferred to the client. RELIANTAI GROUP retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

RELIANTAI GROUP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered websites, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation of any delivered website beyond the agreed scope of work. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project.

10. Third-Party Services

Websites may rely on third-party platforms (hosting providers, domain registrars, plugins, payment processors). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or fees charged by these third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

12. Amendments & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, update, or terminate these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
