Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing RELIANTAI GROUP. We value your satisfaction and aim to deliver a completed website you're happy with. As we provide custom digital services rather than physical goods, our refund terms work a little differently — this page explains exactly how.

Cancellations (Before Project Start)

You may cancel and receive a full refund at any time before your project has started. A project is considered "started" once payment is confirmed and we begin work — including mockups, content gathering, or development.

Refunds (After Project Start)

Once a project has started, payments are non-refundable. This is because time, design work, and development resources are committed immediately at kickoff. Instead of a refund, we provide the revision rounds included in your package (see below) to make sure the final delivered site meets the agreed scope.

Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, agreed at the time of purchase. If you're not satisfied with the first draft, we'll revise it within the agreed scope until it's right. Requests outside the original scope (extra pages, new features, or a full change in design direction) are not covered by included revisions and may be quoted as additional work.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

The following are not eligible for a refund once a project has started:

• Change of mind after work has begun
• Delays caused by the client not providing content, feedback, or approvals
• Requests for work outside the agreed package scope

Non-Delivery

In the rare event that we are unable to deliver the agreed project for reasons within our control, you are entitled to a full or partial refund based on work completed, agreed with you directly.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Please note it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
